Welcome to True North Volleyball
True North Volleyball is a new volleyball club located in Prince George British Columbia. Our mission is to provide a fun and positive experience for volleyball enthusiasts to elevate their game and compete at a provincial level.
For the 2027 season we will only be running a U15 girls team. If another coach wanted to step forward and run a u13 or u14 team I could facilitate it.
If a qualified coach has interest in starting another age group under this club, please reach out for additional information.
About True North Volleyball
At True North Volleyball, we are committed to optimizing athletic performance and fostering a love for the sport. Our focus is on building skills with a personalized approach to elevate every player's skills and educate the athletes on playing to their own limits to prevent injuries.
Coach, Lana Smith, has been an equestrian show jumping coach for over 20 years, and played up to college level volleyball many years ago. Her daughters love of the game has brought her back to the sport, where she has coached the past 3 seasons while playing on a mixed team as well. Hoping to add more members as the 2027 season gets closer.
Our Program
U15 Girls
We are a competitive U15 girls travel team. We will take part in the Super spike series as well as regionals and provincials.
We will focus on improving technique, agility, and overall performance on the court,
while never losing sight of why we do all of this!
