True North Volleyball is a new unregistered non profit volleyball club located in Prince George British Columbia. Our mission is to provide a fun and positive experience for volleyball enthusiasts to elevate their game and compete at a provincial level.

About True North Volleyball
At True North Volleyball, we are committed to optimizing athletic performance and fostering a love for the sport. Our focus is on building skills with a personalized approach to elevate every player's skills and educate the athletes on playing to their own limits to prevent injuries.
Head coach, Lana Smith, has been an equestrian show jumping coach for over 20 years, and played up to college level volleyball many years ago. Her daughters love of the game has brought her back to the sport, where she has coached the past 3 seasons while playing on a team as well. Hoping to add more members as the season progresses.

U14 Girls
We are a competitive U14 girls travel team. We will take part in the Super spike series as well as regionals and provincials.
We will focus on improving technique, agility, and overall performance on the court,
while never losing sight of why we do all of this!
